Liquorice Root
It is the root of Glycyrrhiza glabra from which a sweet flavour can be extracted. Licorice offers a wide range of beneficial nutrients and flavonoids. It is a good source of vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5 and vitamin E. It also provides minerals such as phosphorous, calcium, choline, iron, magnesium, potassium, selenium, silicon and zinc.
