I drink this tea every single night to help me get to sleep. I'm a particular person who doesn't like the taste of chamomile or licorice, and this is one of the extremely rare nighttime teas that contains neither of those. I hope Tealyra never discontinues this tea or I have no idea how I'll ever sleep again.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I thought this deserves one. The taste is pleasant, slightly herbal with a light peppery mint flavour that’s not overpowering. I received it this morning and I was feeling particularly anxious and negative which can happen for no particular reason but my own mind. I made a pot of this tea and within a few minutes of drinking my first small cup I felt relaxed and my mind was quiet. A herbal tea that does what it says it does. Will definitely be buying again.
