Descripción

Gaba Oolong es un té Oolong de alta montaña, cosechado a una altitud aproximada de 1600 metros. Una vez calentada, el aroma de la hoja incluye notas de manzana verde y frutas maduras muy fragantes. El licor es de un color verde claro, casi dorado. Se sabe que las plantas de té producen hojas especialmente ricas en ácido glutámico. Aproximadamente dos semanas antes de recogerlas, las hojas de GABA oolong están parcialmente sombreadas, lo que provoca una mayor producción de esta sustancia. Durante la fase de oxidación de la producción, todo el oxígeno se reemplaza con nitrógeno gaseoso, cuya presencia hace que el ácido glutámico se convierta en ácido gamma-aminobutírico (GABA), conocido por su efecto calmante sobre el sistema nervioso.

[EN] Absolutely exquisite! Great GABA, a bit pricey but worth ever penny and then some. Juts like the description, but I’d even say even more complex and delicious. Ripe fruits, chestnut honey sweetness, roasted sweet potato, cinammon, white pepper, mountain top after rain. Medium texture, super refreshing, quenching and salivating. Holds up for at least 9 steeps when brewed gongfu(6g per 100ml at 195F). Sublime, relaxing and creative Cha Qi. Literally EVERYTHING you want out a tea. A must try. A great tea to set the bar for what a tea session should be like. Thank you, Tealyra! ????

[EN] GREAT oolong that was I able to resteep again and again - I think I stepped my leaves 4 times and got great flavors each time!

[EN] I did enjoy this GABA, very heavy dried fruit/raisin/ripe banana notes that lasts for many infusions. Seems a bit less complex than others I've tried but still an enjoyable tea that I could drink daily.

[EN] Nice rich amber brew. I noted medium-oxidized tea notes, hints of sweet spice and ripe banana in the first steep. Subsequent steeps mellowed into a warm, comforting blanket on a cold snowy day. I love to drink this tea before reading a good book. I can get lost in the story and feel the GABA, Theanine, and caffeine working synergistically to make for a lovely wind-down.
